Ketoconazole is an azole antifungal which is used in severe fungal infections. It is used to treat athlete’s foot, ringworm, jock itch, tinea and also sometimes in pityriasis. Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline and Tolnaftate are also used in cream which are also antifungal drugs.
